Extrusion

Our extrusion equipment and processes at WarrenPSI are custom-designed to offer optimal material properties, reasonable manufacturing costs, and quick turnaround times at even the smallest production quantities.

Our goal is to deliver 100% of the resin properties.

40 to 50 lb run sizes are typical for us but

keep in mind we have no order minimum and no maximum.

Our capabilities are always expanding but today are:

Plate thickness from 0.030 (.8mm) to 4" in

(101mm) widths up to 25" (635mm)

Rod diameter from 0.125" (3.1mm) to 10" (254mm)

Centerless Grinding

Let us finish extruded rods we make or improve rods you purchase outside

We can hold tolerances within 0.001" on diameters less than 1.

Standard Tolerances

0.125-1.00" +.003'/-0

1.125-2.50" +/-0.010"

Premium Tolerances

0.125-1.00" +/-0.0005"

1.125-2.50" +/-0.005"
